Refund policy

At The Saltmart, we aim to make heavy salt delivery simple, reliable, and hassle-free. If there is an issue with your order, we will work quickly to make it right.


Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment or is out for delivery, it can no longer be canceled.


Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery at info.saltmart@gmail.com.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to review the issue. Once approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund.


Returns for non-defective items

Due to the weight and nature of our bulk products, we generally do not accept returns for delivered orders due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong quantity, or no longer needing the item.

In limited cases, we may approve a return for an unopened and unused item in its original packaging. All such returns must be authorized in advance.


Return method & fees

Returns are accepted by mail.

If the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item, we will provide a free return shipping label after the return is approved.

If a return is approved for a non-defective item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected, or after we confirm that a return is not required.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.


Non-returnable items

Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return, unless there is a verified product defect or delivery issue.
